Variation to Payment Terms – Customer Consent

Customer Details

What’s Changing

  • Current term: 30 days from End of Month (EOM)
  • New term: 30 days from invoice date
  • Effective date: Invoices dated on/after 15th October 2025
  • Grandfathering: Invoices dated before the Effective Date keep their original due dates.
  • Other terms: All other Terms of Trade (including retention-of-title, credit limits, credit holds, dispute process, and PPSR registrations) remain unchanged.

Why we’re doing this

Shorter, clearer terms support reliable cash flows for both parties and reduce credit risk across the supply chain.
